Smart isn’t cleared by LSU but not ineligible by the NCAA is laughable. If they worked with the NCAA and they didn’t rule him ineligible, why in the hell is he not “cleared”.
I also don’t understand how Smart can be cleared but you can’t clear Wade.

My exact question, this doesn’t make sense. Goes back to the BOs playing hard ball because they are protecting someone over the OLOL issue.

JSmart can't be penalized for being made a strong-assed offer he didn't accept.
WW can, and probably will.
