The last at-large team in. There are automatic bid teams who suck and get 4 seeds.

Easy answer. Do you think it’s fair for southern university to get a 3 and LSU to get a 4? One seed would be pissed and 2 seed would get a gift.

i do think it would be cool to have a tournament with two different brackets, one for the conference regular season or tournament champions which provides an easier path, and one for all the at-large teams which will be harder
