LSU Sports Mt. Rushmore

In light of his passing, I was thinking of most iconic Tigers. My Mount Rushmore would be Skip, Pistol Pete, Billy Cannon, and Shaq are one of several others

I don't disagree with the folks you mentioned but there is a loud portion of the fanbase that was in-love with Dale Brown. I don't have that stance but my father and his buddies always talked about how much Dale Brown meant to LSU and them....Joe Burrow is another that is going to be mentioned as well.

it is wild that a school with 4 CFB championships and 8 CWS has 2 basketball players in its Mt Rushmore but it’s hard to Argue.

As crazy as this is, Cecil is probably the one in the best standing with the fanbase now
I remember that special they ran on WAFB a few years back about how he's turned his life around after prison and is now married with a family and has been back to Tiger Stadium for games.

Uh, Pistol Pete Maravich is the greatest basketball player that ever lived. He was a magician with the basketball. Any “ best of LSU” should always include Pete.
