Sankey once again has embarrassed the sec and the big10 is laughing at him.

He is their little pet monkey for entertainment at this point. They stuffed his arse in a locker with getting a better media rights deal, they got him to go to 9 conference games which will result in more losses for sec teams putting less in the playoffs. They managed to get him to be the one to get his conference sued while no one has said shite about the big10 who started the rules thing. Then for free a filed a frivolous federal lawsuit against a founding member and put the sec in danger as a conference to massive lawsuits and having its media deal slashed.

Nah, wait until he fricks with Texas or Bama and then pounce when the blood is in the water. Sankey can’t help himself. It’s a matter of time

Someone else will call for his removal.

Either someone that saw how much risk exposed the conference to with his temper tantrum or someone that is pissed that he didn't succeed in getting rid of us.

He's making enemies on both sides now.

It will come down to how the Playoff expansion talks go. If he gets put in a locker by the Big Ten again, then he will be asked to take an early retirement.

Are the players ever going to be rostered by LSU?

That was the underlying fight. LSU dropped it officially last night.

What has changed?

Basically everything I said would happen if LSU dropped it is happening, even the SEC officially removing expulsion from the agenda tomorrow.

Not yet, but LSU does need to demand a written explanation on why they are being forced to play teams fielding ineligible players and inquire when Alabama’s 3 wins with Bediako will be vacated and what that program's punishment will be?

LSU bend the knee? Played chess against checkers. Kept the SEC worried as long as they possibly could. Made their final chess move, SEC had nothing to get against LSU and after public scrutiny by talking heads of the media, had their big case postponed. No trial today means no vote tomorrow. The image of the SEC office is still horrible though. They talked about throwing LSU out and all for having nothing on them. Egg is on their face for how this was handled. Best part, names are coming out of who was pursuing this so hard. Good to know who your enemies are.

The big10 is going to be Joe pa/sandusky and Sankey is a child. His track record with the big10 is atrocious. He took over and the sec was the best conference in the country. We are now in 2nd place. Thankfully it would be hard to drop us to third but he will try.

I love how sly you think you are. Everyone understands your intentions and your shtick. You're like a child thinking he's being crafty. I find it endearing personally, but I think everyone thinks you're a bewb.

LSU acquiescing about the players makes the state TRO moot.

People in real time in the thread said the indications were settlement between LSU and the rest of the SEC

Then, the SEC officially takes expulsion off the table.

Did LSU give up on rostering the players last night?

Did everything change once they did that?

LSU has said for weeks that they would abide SEC rules. I guess them very plainly stating that this whole time is how you were "right" (lulz) about it.

The SEC made adjustments well after LSU notified them of their intent. Well after.

Is 49.5 a good OU? I want to start the action.

So, no, we should not double down.
Instead, as Melville wrote, we should crouch in those "groves of ceaseless verdure," and patiently wait with "cruellest fangs" for the right moment to strike. It will come.

Actions mean more than words. Only last night was it official that they would never play for LSU.

LSU didn't make the decision on the 2 official until last night. That's all that matters.

So what about the threat of Lane’s comments and that Lane encouraged them to sue the NCAA. Obviously these things are built into the SEC’s case, but I have not seen them addressed in your summation.

LSU officially dropped what, exactly?

They didn't start this legal action.

They didn't do anything prohibited by the SEC rules that were "clarified" last week.

Once LSU gave up last night, there seems to be collaboration on working towards the SEC's goal of enforcement authority. Hence the continuance of the hearing today, dropping of expulsion, etc.

Now, where this could all become inflamed again is if the 2 players sue the SEC. Then there is a major risk of a shite show and LSU could end up in a bad position for things you referenced.

The SEC knew since last week. That, in fact, is all that matters. It was moot as of 9/4 in case you missed it.
