I have had this game pegged as my featured travel game for 2020 season since it was scheduled. All of this frickery with the tickets has really dropped my interest to the point that I really don't think I have much of an interest in attending any more. Damn shame, really. I can't really figure out what the two administrations are trying to accomplish by basically cutting out all of the visiting fans.

I think visitor sections are 119-124.

150 is just the face value - actual cost will be more and in the case of lowers - much more

Cheapest ticket on StubHub right now is $270.

Have a feeling this series will be one and done....the ticket next year should be a very hot ticket in baton rouge...all those Texans will want to spend a weekend on bourbon street and in Harrah gambling.....

Especially the ones who were just there for the Sugar Bowl.

In regards to the game at Texas; Austin is a big city and not everything revolves around gameday like in BR. Downtown and campus are happening but that’s about it. I fully expect a lot of LSU fans downtown regardless if they have tickets or not.

When Notre Dame came to town two years ago their fans were all over downtown. LSU fans will out do them.

LSU allotment is 3,000 tickets with all seating in upper level

Why don't we do this with visiting teams?

Florida does it, Bama does it. We put the visitors right at the field level in the south end zone.

Your wrong Florida and bama both give us some lower level seats....about as many as we give them...but the rest are all upper deck tickets just like us..
I think it's an sec rule that each school has to give a percentage of there away game tickets in a lower level section...
I have received lower level seats for both bama and Florida from LSU...

have an air bnb booked but I’m not planning on going to the game. Going to tailgate on campus then go watch at a bar

Sadly this is becoming our plan with every ticket dead end we keep running in to.

I have good seats and going with one of my vendors. A legendary trip to DRMS and Austin will be an epic spectacle. Look for a lot of Tigers in the resale seats.

That's not true. The student section is in the lower level and it's massive.

So that is the official allotment. Like any other game/stadium, there will be tickets available. Gonna be a whole lot more than 3K Tigers fans at the game. Hope to be on that number :-)

THe SEC mandates a specific allotment and then a specific allotment of that to be on the field level and then directly back.

We're about to crush the secondary market then.
