I think they can get a game suspension and a fine for the comment at halftime.
Unless they have more than they have shown to this point, that's probably it.

If the SEC wants to police conduct/speech, then set the policy and enforce...none of this backdating has standing

Brother what are they going to suspend him for? He hadn't done anything wrong. All kind of proof out there that he had nothing to do with even telling the players to sue the NCAA now rather he did or not. It was very subtle and was there to punish him for he didn't roster the players. I mean a off-handed comment to Holly Rowe and she he's walking away. That's what you going to suspend him six freaking games for come on man.

If we were really letting Kiffin do whatever he wanted then the players would have been on the roster especially after the TRO was upheld. But we didn't, because Kiffin even said in a press conference before the court hearing ever happened that he would abide by the SEC rules and was in contact with the SEC office to make sure everything they were doing was above board. And even after the court ruled in favor of the players guess what he did? He abided by SEC rules and still didn't add them to the roster.
