yeah I think if there is any ultimatum that kiffen has to go or else, suspended for any number of games LSU will say no, especially without proof of him breaking any established rules by SEC, NCAA or otherwise. That just reeks of, "he's too good we dont want him dominating at LSU". And if that is the argument, all of Louisiana would die on a hill to fight that.

Institutional control is a Barnum statement allowing the conferences and NCAA to do whatever they wish. I put nothing past the courts, but filing a suit over a sarcastic remark is a stretch. The SEC is unhinged.

What part of the SEC filed an amended court order on Monday did you not get?
They are accusing Kiffin of violating the Professionalism code in the SEC by laws and they are accusing LSU of having lack of institutional control. Both carry fines, penalties and game suspensions!
