all of the money on this board is in the daily lunch "thray" on the ot...very rich homosexuals in that thread.

This is where we get the thread of private equity and into the chat. Let’s hope to God that cooler heads prevail here and we don’t get ourselves in bed and into that mess.

I know that NOT one swinging dik on the Rant is invited though there are several 100s of us that would have an array of ideas how to spend it.

That's exactly what I think it is.

That already happens at pro level. Everyone has their hand in the jar and bleeds it dry. Hopefully LSU has these athletes in financial literacy classes. Unfortunately, most of the time it’s their own parents who are the ones causing the issue.

Let them eat whatever they want.
They just got rid of Bryan and got Lane.

I’m invited. What’s your idea I’ll share it?

If I am a top 40 donator to LSU athletics then why shouldn’t I convert this to a fund and get returns in my investment?
It’s gonna happen. It’s just whether it will be the LSU donors or some cut throat PE.

BabyTac will be there. His net worth is more than all of TD combined and at 49 yrs old he’s never bought a new vehicle!

NIL donor profit / rev sharing
Basically a cottage version of Private Equity but insular and functioning as an arm of TAF to create investment opps vs blind check writing.
Some tax structure created via legislation to organize it all.
My call at least, you’ll be able to buy “shares” in LSU while these megadonors fund the players and get some backend from the new media deals (not sure what this will be).

Any guesses what this alternative revenue generating opportunity could be? I got nothing.

These guys will be all over that. ROI vs. like you said 'blind check writing'
I like it. Whatever it is, expect others to follow.
Utah sold out to a PE, but I feel this deal will be better than that. Straight PE won't allow the control that LSU would want, I think.

Sounds like a time share trap

Private equity - “first of its kind in college football”
That’s my guess. Nothing concrete.

My gut tells me it’s equity stake in TAF. Could also be investment related where TAF invests dollars like a PE or venture capital firm.
