Why does it seem like whenever we play at Arkansas in the winter the game is first thing in the freaking morning?

Usually going up against Iron Bowl and some SEC OOC rivalry games. LSU will give ESPN a fair amount of eyeballs to compete against Michigan-Ohio State on Fox.

So two mornings in a row…

Auburn at day time…really thought that would be a night game at Jordan hare

Can’t complain for LSU’s sake, seems like we always play at night there

First 6 games could be at night (at least 5). No extreme heat is good.

A&M, Bama, & Texas should all be at night

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I don't mind the early games on the road.

Surprised to see aTm as a flex as that leaves 2:30 as an option.
quote:
the Louisiana Legislature has advanced House Concurrent Resolutions (such as HCR 13). These resolutions formally urge and request the SEC to schedule LSU games in September after 6:00 p.m. to protect players and fans from dangerous heat.
Why these resolutions were introduced: The Heat Index: In September, the heat index in Louisiana frequently exceeds 100 degrees.
Medical Emergencies: Daytime September games (such as the matchup against UCLA) have resulted in numerous heat-related medical calls and treatments for spectators and first responders.
Not Legally Binding: Because they are "concurrent resolutions," these measures express the formal opinion of the state government but are not legally binding laws. The ultimate scheduling power remains with the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and its television broadcast partners.

The earlier you play on the road the better for the team but not for the party.

Because they usually suck

Jordan Hare at 11am is great news.
@ Kentucky for a night game sounds like a trap game. LSU struggles at Lexington and Kiffin lost to them recently with a vast superior team

Because a lot of the time it’s rivalry week and LSU/Arkansas isn’t really a interesting rivalry at all

And it makes it very difficult for us, but we usually win by 3. lol

ESPN doesn’t care about the government’s “formal opinion”
Posted on 6/10/26 at 8:44 pm to LSBoosie
that Miss St game will still be hot as hell
Posted on 6/10/26 at 8:49 pm to The Hurricane
3-0 or A&M will be 2:30.
1 loss going into November is only way both Ala and Texas are night.

Just wait for Gordon to find someone to use as a victim and sue ESPN for not listening to the states formal opinion. Going to be like those product warnings stating that the product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer.
