Wow, how was Poche so bad against left handed hitters? Teams would routinely bench lefties too against him in favor of righties, guess that wasn't the right move.

(Jordan's BA with RISP and 2 outs is very impressive. I always thought he was clutch.)

Outstanding work by Astro and you for posting!
Is there any way we can get SEC Only kind of like they do on the SEC website?
The reason being is wanting to understand Paps OPS. Would love to see it over the last 5 weeks.

Good pointing out. I havent been high on Beau much at all but those numbers show very high clutchness. Him and Duplantis are the guys it seems like you want batting after Deichmann. Coomes just is pretty awful getting timely hits.

I really like that RISP with 2 outs stat---

only 4 have a better BA under those circumstances than their everyday average.

It's a mindset thing maybe. "I am going to pay attention here because there is 2 away and we have runners in scoring position."

Maryland.

He went up to the plate in the bottom of the eighth and looked at 4 pitches. Never took the bat off his shoulder. Got a standing O.

Of course, he still had a no-hitter going at the time.

Only 13 guys with 24+ AB this season. Surprising. We could be green at the plate next season with losses of robertson, freeman, deich (likely) and pap (maybe).

Used 24 AB as basically 6 whole games or about 10% of the season

Coomes needs to be in the batting order every time there is a lefty---387 BA against lefties! Maybe Woley at DH against starting lefties too--444 but not many ABs.

We will have a couple of juco guys stepping in (draft dependent).

Bechtold at third to replace Robertson (as smith slides over) and he'll be a rs junior and has major college experience from maryland. And hunter feduccia at catcher for pap. Started at lsue the last two years, one of those years when coomes was there.

Cole got hit by pitch 20 times this season.

What is the record Bryce Jordan set last year?

23 HBP for Bryce last year. Cole could break that record this year with tough luck
