I would pay $100 bucks to the NIL Fund to have access to the Players Only Nike merchandise

Sorry to tell you Mr Jones, but $100 ain’t going to do Jack squat for retirement/529s. That’s gas, ice and bait split with buddies for a fishing trip, if you’re lucky. 10-20 trips to a coffee shop. This is low entry level way to take ownership in something many folks are passionate about and does not preclude the ability to fully and gently fund everything you mentioned. What the frick kind of vacation cabin are you getting for a couple hundred bucks a year. ??

A newsletter and the satisfaction of knowing that you’re paying for someone’s employees and they’re reaping all the benefit.

If you give much dinero, you’ll get a signed thank you or a video one.

then you also have to accept the fact that less recruits will ultimately show up on campus.

It is what it is. LSU sports is entertainment only for me. Even though we sucked, LSU football was more fun 20+ years ago.

But is this really a 3rd party?

Legally probably.

Again, do they have any duty to provide audited financials? Either way, you are paying a hundred million dollar companies employees……

Yeah that’s fricked up.

What are you talking about?

I like When LSU football is good.

I’m aware LSU makes a ton of money, but I’m also aware this is part of the game right now.

Everyone is going in eyes wide open.

You can own a fractional share of an LSU student athlete.

This money will get you zero shares of an lsu student athlete. You may be buying them a car, though.

Hope you followed the right links.

If you receive any additional info, can you let us know? About the NIL stuff, not your future bankruptcy.

Yea, I’d rather my money go to something I enjoy like LSU winning instead of some charity.

This. It would be smart for LSU to put more thought and creativity into this, but it is nothing more than a fan investment into NIL. If the “perks” are what you are after, you probably shouldn’t bother.

And some of you will bitch and moan about anything. First it’s “LSU is behind in NIL. We don’t have enough money.” LSU starts branching out into other areas and it’s “why should I give money to players. That’s the fat cat donors’ job.”

Well, I guess you're right. Probably not. Enjoy your subscription/donation. Make sure that it is set on auto-draft. I'll equally enjoy the fruits of your contributions as well. A fool and his money ...

Why don’t you climb back on your fricking high horse and just ride off into the sunset? If you are too good for all of this, just leave. Those of us who want to put some skin in the game will. If you don’t care that much, quit bitching and crying about those who are fine with it.

Deflect all you want, but you are the absolute definition of holier than thou.
