LSU cant just pay players for the sake of paying players. it doesn't work that way. it has to come from a separate entity I think.

Instead of further panhandling from the fans/supporters, the schools and NCAA should probably put their heads together and figure out a logical solution to this rather than coming hat in hand to fans for even more money.

Don't care about autographs or merch, but I want to know more about the tailgate pass.

Calm down. No one is forcing you to spend your hard earned money on this. You seem irrationally angry for some reason.

I completely agree with you. Its a shite show. But until that time comes, you have to play the game or get passed up. Hell, that time may never come.

You're on page 6 still bitching about this?

There's nothing the NCAA can do about this. They don't want to deal with lawsuits with the constant suing you dolt.

You’re the one so invested in 18yr olds that you’re just giving away your hard money so a college football team can meet it’s payroll with no equal benefit in return, but if that’s your thing knock yourself out. Would love to know if they’ll be providing audited financials.

Donate to the "Bayou Traditions NIL Collective" for some kid that I've never met, who has parents, and may or may not transfer after a year or two? Sure, I'll do that instead of investing, funding my own retirement, purchasing a vacation cabin, supporting my kid's, and my grandkid's 529 accounts. Yeah...okay...sure, where should I send my money?
Bingo!

Why would you want this if you're donating $50K a year? You ain't got time for that.

You can get the same thing for $50 on Cameo.

The whole NIL argument was that the schools were raking in millions and the players deserved a piece of it. Now the school will continue to make millions but they also want the fans to pay to put the players on the field so they can make millions. What an absolute shite show.

I would rather donate to a kid down the street to help with his college after my own kids 529 rather than give to this.

With the millions athletes who came through LSU are making they could donate to this and it would be well funded. You know pay it forward.

No it was that the NCAA and Colleges can’t stop players from making money with third parties.

It was literally never about schools paying players.

But is this really a 3rd party?

Again, do they have any duty to provide audited financials? Either way, you are paying a hundred million dollar companies employees……

The Stockholm syndrome here is hilarious
