Really really needed a td there to establish some dominance and make a statement. Settling for a field goal is a big lift for aTm.

Left guard completely whiffed his block on 1st and goal or it would have been a good play.
2nd play, we throw it to our slowest guy on the field.
3rd play, good protection but Nuss panicked and threw it away with no pressure.

Yep, that first run was on Nuss, should have pulled. Easy to call from my couch, probably not so obvious from the backfield
