This is what the media does, stir the pot differently each day depending on what the agenda is, make things interesting/controversial, nothing new here. Burrow's body of work speaks for itself and NFL GM's see that.

And there is NO argument he’s playing better than Joe. Who is absolutely on fire this year.

Joe has beaten 8 top 10 teams over the last 2 years, losing to 1 of them...
Clemson beat...2 top 10 teams (ND being 1 of them)...
It's a nice comparison, but that's because no one else is close, except for bit stats...like fewer INTs, or whatevs...
Joe beat the most competitive schedule with equivalent or BETTER stats in most cases

No. Feel free to do that if you want to.
I'm not the one sitting here yelling about a guy being an idiot for thinking a guy who is clearly one of the best QBs in the country might be better than another guy who is clearly one of the best QBs in the country.
I personally think Joe is better this year. But IT'S NOT OUTLANDISH TO LIKE LAWRENCE MORE.

Yesterday Orlovsky said there's no QB in NCAA playing better than Lawrence. Burrow is about to win the Heisman by the widest voting margin ever so Spears response was appropriate. Now Orlovsky is talking about last year. So him winning a natty isn't the "only argument". He's jumping all over the place.

Orlovsky was given the task of propping up Clemson and Lawrence.
It will play out all month.
Lawrence does seem to be playing really good down the stretch despite the teams he's going up against.
He struggled bad at beginning of year, championship hangover.
