I was there and it was. They never let the game breath, even during 3 minute TV timeouts. It was oppressive. The crowd itself wasn't loud at all and I never could hear their actual band. They didn't even let the band play after scores, just blasted EDM or rap music I left feeling as if I attended a music festival, not a football game. Nothing but artificial atmosphere, whether it was music that never stopped, pyrotechnics, drones, or wristband led shows.

For the fans and players, it was their Super Bowl...even though they have a chance to accomplish greater things following that game. And I totally get it.
Golding doesn't hate Lane because Lane gave Golding a good opportunity there and allowed his coaches to go finish the playoff run , so he probably didn't feel the same as the players/fans even though he obviously wanted to win the game.

Fine, we got beat and lost.
But still doesn’t take away that they doing this is an unfair advantage.
Let me ask it to you this way, do you think OM or any other team would have an issue with us doing this in TS to them when they visit?
No way you can compete with 100k screaming people and a massive PA system cranked to 11.

I was there and noticed it right away. It wasn't until the second series where Kiffin walked out on to the field and told the ref he needed to do something about it, then it stopped. The noise was deafening but it was all the speakers. The "crowd" was no big deal.

They were definitely playing music until about 10 seconds left on the clock when we were not in a hurry up. I checked the play clock a few times b/c I thought it was odd. I’m not sure if the rule but I was thinking maybe they can play music until the head set is turned off (few seconds remaining on the clock).
