I actually like that uniform. So much better than the chrome dome. I never liked that look on helmets.

I've witnessed many games Kentucky lost while wearing those uniforms back in the 80's and 90's on Jefferson Pilot/TBS. They were rarely on major networks since they were a bottom tier SEC team back then. LOL

Like the Power K better than the UK. Also like the ‘80s jerseys instead of the current jerseys with the checkerboard influence and Kentucky’s version of the Toonces head on the sleeves.
Also never been a big fan of the school name on a football jersey. I don’t even like LSU’s microscopic “LSU” above the numbers. We have “LSU” on the helmets. No need for further identification on the jersey.

It’ll be one of the most underrated SEC uniform matchups of the year. Will look good going against our gold white gold.
