whats crazy is, when you look at nil money as a school , LSU ranks 3rd(I think) in the country in nil money given.

Kelly; the short under cover male lover should have taken a pay cut to make this happen. Oh wait, why would he take a pay cut since his money is guaranteed weather we win or lose? Thank you woodward you fricking kickback taking sob. I hope your little dick catches fire while you taking a shite in hell.

$6 million is very low ball for a guy with his talent.

He hasn’t played a down and would be the highest paid player on the team.

It sucks we lost him, but I’d have a real problem with that. I don’t blame LSU for not matching that kind of offer.

That is very possible, but I can't help but think that BK's antics on the sidelines with our players, the complete chitshow our OL is and not being able to protect Nuss or create running lanes.....just maybe part of the decision lately included Underwood maybe thinking he couldn't be successful with no olin support or want to put up with BK's meltdowns...but yeah, it was probably $$

If the difference between LSU’s and Michigan’s offer was 4-6 mil then it was 100% about the money.

Michigan and LSU (for now) are both good programs. We can’t beat other good programs with recruits if we’re paying that much less. Ever. So this will continue to happen if we don’t pay more. Then we will will cease to be a good program.

Honestly I would have been shocked if he didn’t switch.

Wait till you see how much LSU has to pay Brian Kelly when he’s fired.

Because we actually pay players like Ryan, Gilbert, Burns to do something they are not capable of doing.

And, they "know" the playbook. I just hope those 3 are making less than what they would be making at Walmart.

LSU's offense has taken a nosedive when they started playing good teams. Racking up numbers against Nicholls doesn't mean shite.

Why weren't you this critical when Orgeron was running the program into the ground leading to hiring Kelly? Maybe you won't be a coward and will finally answer that question.

And again... Michigan is literally 127th...

I swear you young lsu fans really show yourself...
We are 2 years away from winning the west.
Last year we finished 12th in the country ,had a heisman winning qb and the #1 offense in the country.
I'm not happy about this season but a 17 year old kid that's never thrown a collegiate pass picked a program that we never play against... get a grip brother...

Have you seen Michigan try and play football this year?

It's about the money. That is it. People need to stop overthinking this.

Michigan was in a more desperate situation than LSU and overpaid to keep a Michigan kid in the state to save face.

We aren't close to low tier. We are 2 years from a west title, we finished 12th last year and have a great chance finishing ranked this year. In no way is that low tier.
Tonight really sucks but come on brother.

Sad because a free education, room n board, all the free clothes, shoes, food etc comes to 250k over 3 yrs. Nil is a joke imo. Paying college athletes to play an amateur sport is retarded especially when u get the above already. Engineering majors and pre med majors don't get nil and they are 10x more important than effing football players getting paid. They holler about the millions the sport makes. How about make the players to pay for the stadium, lockers, equipment, injuries, doctors, trainers, the electricity bill to Tiger Stadium, plane flights, hotels etc to away games and everything that surrounds football. Make them pay their effing tuition, books, apartments etc. Players had it made before nil. Sad what has become of "college school" sports.
