I don’t give a shite; what’s done is done but those 400 rounds over four years were recorded at his country club.
How many more did he play OFF the record?
That being said, he’d be a good coach for some place like Northwestern. (No, not NWST.)

Which club, and where is this data available?

Les Miles and Ed Orgeron won National Titles here… that’s all anybody needs to know about Kelly’s coaching ability.
He is now, and always will be, a massive failure.

I do think the expectations changed mid-contract on him
The expectations at LSU post-2003 have been to compete for championships every year. Full stop.
Brian Kelly didn't even have us in playoff conversation at the end of the seasons he coached.

some of the theories/accusations are definitely interesting... but this is all that matters

“The thing they didn’t know is I have a torn rotator cuff that I suffered in the Florida game on the sideline. I got hit by an offensive and defensive lineman, and it tore my rotator cuff. So, I haven’t played much golf; I’ve been rehabbing, mostly.”

dont give 2 $#!%& what excuses he had for such a horribly coached football team. That was a train wreak of a hire.
Yep.
Losers make excuses; winners find a way.

He doesn’t quite play bogey golf. Shoots about 92-93.

Did he give any reason for why he tried to destroy Nuss's career??

So he gets hurt on the job and doesn’t report it for Workers Comp? He has a thing about not disclosing injuries..

In a few years, you'll find him on the HOA board at Del Boca Vista, screaming at the pool cleaning guy for using to much chlorine.

We hired Kelly to fix that, get us back in spitting distance. He did so.
quote:he actually did his first year, if you remember. We were ranked going into Atlanta at a spot where if we won, we're in.

What soured everything was that it never progressed, we weren't any better the following years.
So like I said, he was hired to "fix" it, and then to become a contender. He fixed it quickly.
He had a 10 yr contract, presumably should win a natty in that time frame. He didn't finish year 5. You could justifiably state that they changed the demands, because he started with a longer time frame
