What he’s doing is just fine because I have a million questions also and this website and other have already found him guilty. But this is not the place to ask those questions because the opinions will be biased and the narrative has already been set with the pictures used of the victim. The way the story is described in the original post makes no sense to me. It also does seem like they upped the charges because he left the scene. Any competent lawyer should be able to get him off/charges reduced. Was there any dash cam footage?

You do know that:

A. The deceased was blamed for being drunk, which wouldn’t matter anyway as he was a passenger

B. The opinions of people on the internet don’t matter. The ones on the jury will and all evidence, either proving him innocent or guilty, will be available

C. Most people weren’t rooting for his downfall. Some people take football a little too seriously, but I think most would’ve liked to see him have a chance to either put his athletic ability or college degree to good use.

Thread summary:

Lacy drove in the wrong lane and caused an accident when others tried to avoid him. Someone died because of it.

He's charged with negligent homicide instead of vehicular homicide, because he fled the scene and we don't know if he was intoxicated or high.

One idiot thinks that as long as you don't actually hit anyone, driving in the wrong lane opposite traffic isn't an issue, even if others hit things when they try to avoid getting hit head on by you.

We still don't know where Lacy is.

He may not even start on the all prison squad. Lots of guys there with better hands.

Did I leave anything out?

There's something about those Dogge Chargers that cause the driver to think they are race drivers.

The insurance premiums on them must be sky high.

I see people drive reckless a lot on the interstate almost daily. Driving 20-30 MPH faster than everyone else swerving in and out of traffic and sometimes racing another car. People just DGAF.

agreed, and i hate to see it.

But doing that on the interstate or a divided 4-lane road is different than doing it on a 2-lane road.

Yes, I agree. I just can’t understand taking chances with other people’s lives. If you want to go do this in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road I don’t care. I’m sure there is a way they can race without involving innocent drivers.

I believe this

I don't believe that. I think he probably never considered that something could happen. It's what makes people like him so truly dangerous.

Has he been found guilty in a court of law? Is this not America anymore? Is there video evidence? What rate of speed was the person that swerved going? How close were they following? There are plenty of questions that can be asked and like someone else said he will have his day in court.

Darrylina, how does it feel to know that you committed voter fraud to vote illegally against St. George all those years ago and St. George is now a reality?

Huh, girl?

He hasn't been found guilty of anything yet.

Those are the charges. Not defending KL but the legal system has to play out. Judge and/or jury not involved yet.

Unfortunately, as proven throughout this out-of-control thread, one simply cannot reason with crazy.

What's disturbing is people on here making excuses for Lacey just because of who he is. These same people would probably have a different opinion if the victim was a relative of theirs.
