It sounds like a man is dead because your friend/relative couldn't follow the simple and basic rules of the road. This is very similar to the Henry Ruggs but worse. He thought he could drive how he wanted too on that stretch of hwy. He thought nothing would happen or if something did happen, he could get out of it.
