This team lost 2 out of 3 against VMI. That’s who I would compare this team to. Wofford has better pitching. They’ll probably get a few runs against LSU. I think the game will be fairly close, but I think LSU wins 8-3 or something like that.

Wofford is a small, and I mean SMALL Methodist college in Spartanburg, SC. It is in the middle of nowhere. It is tough to recruit there because no one wants to be in Spartanburg. In no world should LSU ever lose to them in any sport. The fans can be excited all they want. If LSU plays their A game this game will be over fast.

I spoke with Jay yesterday at Pocho’s. Between lifting his flag a few times, he did express modest concern over the calm yet confident keyboard warriors of the “enemy”, Wofford. He went on to say that approximately 87.4% of his own game approach/preparation is tied to opposing team’s fan message board content. We also talked pitching, and Jay said he was so concerned about Wofford, he plans ti start Jump and have Holman ready in relief
