Stingley is the definition of a generational talent:

God I hope he doesn't mail it in during year 3. I want to see him go top 3

The scary part is that he's only going to get better.

If there’s one player you don’t have to worry about this with, it’s Stingley. He and his dad do a ridiculous amount of work outside of team activities. He literally breathes, sleeps, and eats football and has almost since birth.

If he started slacking, his dad would wear his arse out. (In a workout way)

he might be the most natural at his position i have ever seen. the way he keeps his body on the WR and turns his head at the right time is incredible.

it's art.

I know it won’t happen, but I wish he’d solely cover devonta smith for the entire game in November.

Gary Danielson, who has been around the top levels of college football for decades and played himself, said he’s got the best ball skills he’s ever seen at cornerback.

Hope O considers him for offense soon cause we might not see much of him for 2 years if not.

Crazy to think that he realistically could’ve had 10 picks as a freshman

He will get better but he won’t get tested much the next 2 years.

He is the definition of our guy is better than your guy.

I’d trust him to 1 on 1 any college receiver.

It's crazy to think how he and Chase can work on each other in practice. Neither of them will face anyone better on game day.

Will he go down as the best at LSU ever?

When it’s all said and done, his class may be the best DB class to go through LSU. Flott and Ward showed flashes of greatness. Hampton showed flashes as well at safety. We still haven’t seen Raydarious Jones yet either.

He will be he best LSU corner ever by the end, surpassing Patrick Peterson, and he could very well be the very rare cornerback drafted with 1st overall pick. He should be in the hall of fame one day and it’s not really out of line to think that far ahead with the talent and technique he already has as a freshman.

I won't say "never ever", but we have plenty of weapons and I want him focused on defense.

I can't imagine him pulling a hamstring or turning an ankle while running a route- people would riot.

I’ve read that his father doesn’t want him to play offense this year. O has given his word but if they throw around and play around stingley, I hope his dad will give the green light to O.He will be a game changer at special teams and should be allowed to show case his God given talent. He is special among some very elite athletes that we will return. Lots of NFL greats playing on our defense right now.
