No matter what, the floor, imho, at LSU should be 9-3 in ANY given year. If not...you deserve to be on the hot seat.
NOT saying it wasn't justified or anything. And, 2019 doesn't happen if he's still grazing TS, feeling up coeds. But, our fan base is nothing if not temperamental.
My fearless prediction: Zero left a dumpster fire. BK cleans up mistakes, coaches a competitive team, and loses 4 in year one. We've got a slew of home games--9 if you count Fla State--with only Auburn, Arkansas, and Aggie on the road. If we can take care of business at home, 8-4 is attainable.

I don’t care how bad we were last year when you look at the schedule, 8-4 is almost automatic especially if we handle business at home

To be fair Josh Pate did say LSU was gonna be a contender in 19...before literally everyone else. He just does not have P&G glasses on so now he is just a talking head. He wasnt just a talking head in 19 when he was hyping your frickin team up before the season tho huh?

He’s a reasonable guy. 7-5 isn’t crazy. Just on the lower end. I can see floor of 6-6 with 10-2 the high side. I will lean 8-4 but lots of volatility there bc of all the unknowns. I would flip us and miss st in his projections.

And still losing players too. Going to need to replace about 15 to 25 after this season + the 15 gap. Might be able to add 35 to 40 players by the spring.

He was waaay out ahead of everybody in the media knowing that LSU was not going to be stopped in 2019. When people said Bama was better, he was LSU. When people said UGA and OU had a shot, he laughed at that and called for arse whippings. He had no doubt about Clemson either.

Well that is what the consensus number is from Vegas. Josh has his own power ranking models that he uses, at least he did back on his older channel, so his prediction is in line with what the consensus win forecast is.
