I agree assuming we don’t have any injuries at cb or OL.
We could have paid BK 10 dollars or 10 billion but the reality remains the same. He inherited a team on the brink of having one of the worst rosters and worst culture in the SEC.
The fact that 8-4 or 9-3 is even conceivable is a miracle and testament to his abilities.

I didn't even see that post, but LSU didn't fire orgeron for a 1 year fix. This is long term so if you're fixated on instant success then prepared to at least be a little disappointed.

For the people that keep saying this is a major rebuild, why was Sam Pittman able to turn Arkansas around in less than 2 years? Josh Heupel turned Tennessee around quickly. Both of those programs were in far worse shape than LSU when BK took over from a talent stand point. This is not a major rebuild.

If you add up all the losses Pate predicts you get 58.

Agreed. These guys talk sports and make predictions. They expect like a Chairman Mao era public shaming of these people, with the sign around their neck and everyone berating them.

Its obviously possible for LSU to go anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3 (maybe 10-2 but doubtful).
All depends on depth issues due to injuries, how well the team comes together & how well coached the inexperienced but talented younger guys are.

The slightest bit of research would tell you he’s been injured at mcneese and his injuries have kept him off the field. And Goodwin should run over a corner that’s what’s supposed to happen

I’m pretty sure he said that we would go 7-5 last year but that we had the talent to be the most dangerous team if everyone was healthy and the coordinators were hits (neither of those things happened)
