Probably Guice, since you said he was better than Fournette.

We haven’t seen him play in a game. This is dumb.

I’m pretty sure Tyrion ran his laser 4.53 when he was still closer to 240 lbs...he lost weight and is at the 227 now.

Always find it strange when people remember something I may have said years ago and I remember nothing about them

Speed in open field =\= quick

Clyde can jump cut, spin, change direction on a dime. That’s what I think of when I think of quick.

Charlie4Heisman ran a 4.35 at 6’1, 215 lbs. Had talent that was ahead of his time.

And RB recruit and LSU stud LB Devin White would be #1 on that list!

There are a lot of negative things to say about miles but the Rb's he recruited are not one of them. I would say it is arguable that he was actually the best in the nation at recruiting that position.

The slowest guy made an NFL roster. 40 time isn't everything.

The linebacker gig worked out for all parties. But I can't help but wonder what Devin White the running back would have looked like at the college level.

I didn’t think CEH 4.46 was verified. Impressive.. I could see that he has great lateral movement but damn. I believe CEH will prove he’s a legit 3 down back not just situational. hes good enough to run between the tackles but not a RB that will get 1000+ yards running between the tackles. Imo he will be more of a 1k+ all purpose back. Where he gets 6-700 rushing 2-300 receiving give or take imo. To get the right looks in the flats as a receiver he needs to be a threat to defenses and know he can hurt ya between the tackles. He proved that last year. He gets better and better because he wks so hard and is very intelligent. And best of all he’s the ultimate team player. He cares abut the young backs learning. I believe he breaks out and when NFL GM’s see his blocking, hands, and route running ability and how smart he is they are gonna love him. I could see a guy like Bellichek or Sean Payton loving a back like Clyde.

You're looking at the wrong thing. Most all of LSUs RBs have had elite speed and quickness. Timing and vision are what could set him apart.

Jeremy Hill wasnt the fastest but he was patient and had great vision, and would wait to go full throttle and it would end up screwing up the paths defenders took to cut him off making him look way faster than he was.

Exactly! 40 times has nothing to do with quickness. Hilliard could make tacklers whiff in a phone booth - but then get caught from behind by a linebacker. CEH is very quick in tight space as well - but I think Emery may have no peer.

Frank Wilson helped Les out pretty good at that position from 2010-2015

Reminds me of Russell Sheppard. He played running back, wr, qb. Lightning quick, he could get the edge so fast and had exceptional burst.
