Shyrone Carey and any other answer is bull shite.
You're gonna have to define bull shite.
Carey's best best 40 time listed on https://www.draftscout.com/dsprofile.php?PlayerId=10815&DraftYear=2006 was 4.37. Range of times were 4.37 to 4.58 no results from combine or pro day
Addai's best time listed on https://www.draftscout.com/dsprofile.php?PlayerId=10802&DraftYear=2006 was 4.30 with a range of 4.3 to 4.51. Combine best time was 4.40 with another run at 4.41.
Addai is the answer, that is backed by actual times.
I came to my conclusion by looking everyone up I could think of then later verifying with actual combine numbers. I was honestly not expecting Addai to be the guy. Though I always liked him as a player, he wasn't my favorite back on those teams, VIncent and Broussard were.

For some reason, you seem to be under the impression this thread is about which LSU RB ran the fastest 40. It’s not. But if it were, did you not even mention Trindon Holliday?

Trindon? Every post on here for the last 10 years were him at DE

Once they broke the line of scrimmage and made the safety miss there was nothing but goal line left to cross !

Quit honestly Ford looked a little faster than 4.50. His burst was amazing. Great on the option with JJ Qbing it.

it was one of the few positions he got right consistently. Didn’t always play the right guy but his RBs were generally always All-SEC caliber
I mean he didn’t have to try hard because most of them came from Louisiana
He missed on ETN though

Sammy was one of the quickest we had through the years. '86-'87 Martin was a huge asset to the offense. His 60+ yd run vs aTm in '86 was amazing.

Can't imagine why I would think that other than the OP specifically posting the 40s of every running back in comparison to Emery in his post.

4.34 official time at the combine. reports he was clocked at 4.21 by at least 1 scout. He ran a hand timed 4.28 in basketball high tops then a 4.27 after coaches couldn't agree if they timed him properly at an LSU camp. He wasn't invited to that camp but was taken there by his high school coach as a "tag along" prior to getting an LSU scholarship. Reportedly he didn't even start from a track stance
I honestly forgot they listed him as a RB in his senior season. He had a total of 117 carries in 4 years but only 27 of those when listed as a RB.
But if we count Trindon, I'd say he wins every quickness metric there is. Thanks for making me check that out, baw.

That’s fair, but the OP was pretty terrible.

Bull fricking shite, Hilliard was way heavier than 226.

He's only 206 lbs? He looks much bigger on film. He needs to gain some muscle weight.
CEH is a lil ball of muscle dude

If you're going by quick being shiftiness(the actual definition) then Shyrone is in the discussion. If you're using quick the way the OP is (speed/40 time) then he's not.

Miles loved slow plodding RB's
And I think about the days when we had Joseph Addais, Alley Broussards and Alfred Blues- and it gets me right in the feels. Fond memories of RB-by-commitee.
Yes, it was because we couldn't throw the damn ball... but we could run it on literally anyone.

Curious as to where Keiland Williams would rank on this list.

Yeah there’s no way CEH runs a 4.47
