Anytime I hear about someone having their appendix removed, I think of my ex-gf who I only dated in HS, but when I tried to reconnect with her through facebook some years later I found out she became a literal whore that used craigslist, and got addicted to opiates through one of her friends and straight up had her appendix removed even though nothing was wrong with it just so she could get a prescription to pain pills.

I’ve had some gruesome bone breaks and dislocated knee when I had a torn meniscus. I put an appendix about to burst right up there with putting my knee back in place myself.
