JD is the best QB in the country

I think we were really sleeping on his ability to throw the deep ball to one of the best receivers in college football against the worst team in the SEC, not named Vanderbilt, while they were in cover 1 playing press man.

We may be underestimating him. His stats do stand out but it is something about watching him play. We want something clean and he is not always clean. Not sure about the few bad games. They can be attributed to a lot of things other than him. Hopefully they are working hard on his mental toughness and focus rituals.

What do you mean? Didn't you see how well he played against Moo State. He's a shoo-in for Heisman. It takes a special talent to dissect that State D.

I have to laugh at both sides here. Is JD the best QB in the country? We don't know that yet. There are a few that might be better right now. We will see our next 5 games after Ark and he still needs to beat them but I'd like to see how he does against stiffer competition again. As far as him being the 2nd best QB on the team. Nope. He is by far the best QB on the team at this time. Will Nuss be better? We'll see. All I know is I'll be cheering for both over the next few years.
