Easily the most disappointing considering the lofty expectations. We put up one of the weakest title defenses in last 50 years.

All phases have been bad at times, but the bullpen was especially weak. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the most disappointing to me. Especially now that the bats have come around.

Since 1984 I think it maybe. That said all great programs can have a terrible year where nothing goes right.will

Well, the season was called before conference play began so who knows. It would've had Cole Henry, Jaden Hill, and Landon Marceaux as starters, would've been much better in the field.
The x-factors would've been LF and how well Cade Doughty would hit as a true Fr.
IMO, they wouldn't have gotten swept 4 series.
