Definitely high on accountability. He preached it all offseason with his offseason program and being held accountable for their health and actions away from the coaches with having to fill out those daily reports. Its carried over to the season and if you make a mistake, you will be corrected.

Where did you get this? I was on the anyone but O side of things.
I don’t dislike him or like him. Win and stay. Lose and gtfo like anyone else.
Saying he is psycho like Nick was a compliment.

He doesn't really yell at the players though.

He asked kole taylor "what is wrong with you"

Taylor wasn't even the one who jumped first. It was storz.

Man you have some horrible takes.

You and women like you are why we are turning our boys into girls in this country!

Damn! You are a wuss! Not to mention you have no idea of what you are talking about. You prove that by saying, "yelling is emotional bs"? What a stupid idiotic statement. Your ignorance is shining bright on that one. What, were you yelled at and you got your feelings hurt? The whole point of yelling is to get your head out of your arse!

Yes, it's emotional...duh! It's also humiliating and something you don't want to happen as a reprimand! Yes, yelling is a quick concise consequence that is very effective! That is unless you wear tampons everyday!

It works because it sends a message you either get on board or quit and save the team from your lack of will to push more than you can think you can go!

I asked coaches who leave yelling out of their coaching, How do you get your players to play better then they think they can? All I get as an answer is, "We haven't figured that out.. yet!" So what do they do in place of yelling? "We coach them up! My gosh, I thought he must be wearing pink panties! No wonder we have a generation of snowflakes babies!

Grow up and try to understand this game instead of contributing to the wussification of tackle football! Hell, they should just put the flags on them now and call it what it has really become! Because of idiots just like you!

Yes, there is a wide spectrum. Now answer this- how did Kelly handle Bech after his 2nd muffed kick in two weeks? Did he destroy and berate him up and down the sideline, or talk to him?

You are the one who seems to be missing on the nuances here trying to use one instance to push a personal agenda. We all know your act at this point.

Alabama football would disagree. Have you watched Nick Saban? The dude loses his mind and goes off on players several times a year. It seems to be working for them.

I'm pretty sure I saw him yelling at Polian early in the year as Polian was moving away from him.
Too late to remember when right now...

Saban tantrums are hilarious. He doesn’t know what to do with his hands. I’m surprised he’s never gotten light headed.

A mischaracterized statement. Football is an emotional game for men. Yelling is how men communicate a point in intense situations. Real men can handle this and actually appreciate it. If a player is too thin to handle yelling he is too thin to handle football.
