We’re getting close to a hire. This looks much like Riley to LSU 4 years ago. Now the big question is who are we really hiring?
I believe you because I want to believe you. GEAUX TIGERS!!!
The way I read it is LSU knew in Kelly’s first year that they made a mistake. This is why we heard how long does Kelly has by his second year. LSU knew this was going to end poorly. I expect the cause case was being accumulated during his second year.
Those accumulating the cause case aren’t telling anyone what they have on Kelly. Kelly looks scared right now because he’s doing what scared people do which is positioning himself as the victim. People tend to have sympathy on victims. If the case goes to court, which I doubt, the evidence will prove sufficient cause. Kelly knows this so he’s playing the image game until he settles so he can spin it like he was in the right all along.
Apparently, Kelly’s people are here, probably paid, to generate controversy to diminish LSU’s position in buyout negotiations. You will be able to tell how many by the downvotes on this post.
Because they didn’t have cause not to pay Jimbo. LSU clearly has cause that will result in a lower buyout. Kelly messed up really bad, like worse than anyone ever has in coaching.

I just don’t think Florida would make such an obviously big mistake. Even Florida knows you don’t throw gasoline on a dumpster fire.
Because we have justifiable cause. He ain’t getting more than he was offered.

Because he doesn’t care and isn’t trying. It’s known that Nuss didn’t put in the work during the offseason. He didn’t look very well prepared last night, as well as the whole season, and last night he didn’t look like he cared.
The Bama game is over so there’s nothing to hold them back unless Saban still has a few loose ends to tie…right?

You are really hanging your hat on this story. You probably use an alternate name for your other more credible stories.

Is this an opinion? Because if it is, I have the same opinion and it stinks like yours. If you are claiming you know by sauces you can’t mention then can you point out previous statements that proved true?
First, reduce the seating capacity by improving the quality of our seats. Get rid of benches and have individual chairs that are comfortable. Then improve the stadium experience by playing the traditional songs by the Golden Band from Tigerland instead of the thumping and screeching noise being piped in so loud it’s absolutely annoying. Also, improve the concessions quality and service. Expand restroom capacity. And of course, have a team that is playing for LSU rather at LSU.
You almost had a good post until I opened it up to read it.
I would upvote you but I don’t think it’s Drinkwitz. He’s a good coach but we either go safely low or shoot for the moon. From what I’m hearing it looks like we’re shooting for the moon with billionaires money.
Love Aranda but not a HC type for LSU. Good Baylor fit or ND if Freeman leaves.
Bama fans are certainly dreading the possibility of Saban returning to LSU. They want his emphatic denial so badly that they are trolling our board hoping to find it.
That would be my take. Set things right then set up the next coach. His motivation is Saban holds LSU in a special place because he knows he set the course 20 years ago.
