Yelling like a child doesn't guarantee discipline.

This is 1970s high school football bullshite thinking.

Good coaching develops discipline. Yelling is emotional bullshite.

Sure, but at least it’s not ignoring it, patting them on the shoulder, and then trotting them back out uncorrected.

Quit using vague buzz words like good coaching without any substance behind it, very west coast of you.

So all the coaches you see yelling on the sidelines are all 70s bullshite coaches who don't amount to shite? Is that your argument?

And having a foot put in their arse from time to time is the only way some people ever learn.

You sound soft. And dumb. If he’s tried the constant babying method and it’s not working, then the kid needs to pull their head out of their arse and and take some tough love.

O would throw a fit but it was always over something stupid. Kelly is in their arse after a play they could have done better or they just missed their assignment. O was an idiot and at least Kelly understand all facets of the game.

You also saw jayden come back after a TD and laugh with BK and tell him something he saw and they were both smiling.

I think that’s important Bc it shows they don’t despise him and his yelling. They know it’s for their best

If that were the case we would've seen him go after Polian publicly every game. We saw him chew Hankton out on tv.

Polian, his partner, he refuses to call out.

Agree, the days of undisciplined showboating, teabagging opponents, and unnecessary unsportsmanlike penalties left with O as well.
