He’s a historically bad starter. Last year was the same thing and he ended the season very strong.
It’s a joke that they are even being compared. Nix is nowhere near Jayden.
Nolan Ryan used to routinely throw 150 pitches and the dude pitched until he was 46. Some guys are just built different.
I mean, if you go by some of these people’s standards, you could argue 5 days rest. Skenes didn’t pitch until midnight on Thursday, so there’s rest that day as well ??
Had the same issue after the bottom of the 11th. Missed the last inning.
Look how many top 25 teams lost tonight. LSU won.

Pitching is hard to watch

Can’t recall an LSU team ever have so many issues with walks and HBP. It has lead to giving up so many runs this year.
Alabama football would disagree. Have you watched Nick Saban? The dude loses his mind and goes off on players several times a year. It seems to be working for them.

He was on the field more than that. I was at the game and personally witnessed him more than once.

Brady got way more credit than he should have. Esminger called the majority of the plays and Burrow ended up being one of the best college qb’s in recent years. I think Brady definitely added to the offense but he wasn’t calling all the plays and wasn’t the offensive guru that he’s been made out to be.
The refs just hate LSU. Never seen so many offense foul calls in my life.
Nuss has been home all winter break. He isn’t playing.

What incentive does he have to make the move? He’s already the highest paid coach and he’s winning National Championships every other year at Bama. At 70 I highly doubt he’d want to start over.
Bech has been coached by a top tier receiver coach and will come in as a very polished route runner and ability to create separation. That coupled with his big body, will mitigate the fact that he’s not a 4,4 guy. I think he has a lot of potential to be a solid player at the SEC level.
Ensminger was a college and pro qb who has also coached qb’s the majority of his career. I’m sure he knows a little about the position.
