Get ready for Boomer Sooner

It says online they play it between 75-100 times per game.

Of course Oklahoma could only come up with a fight song with only two words.

It is an annoying fight song.

Then again, most Okies don’t know more than 2 words.

I can say this as I’m married to one.

Anyone at the Texas game? They play some similar stupid shite when they gain 4 yards. So annoying in 2005 when they came to the Shoe.

If you don’t like it, don’t listen.

Nobody is forcing you to listen to that song.

Texas plays the first 4 notes of “Deep in the Heart of Texas” when they get a first down. To some, it sounds very similar to LSU’s “Geaux Tigers” first down chant.

Sooners sure are proud that their forefathers took part in a huge government giveaway. The land plots that their forefathers claimed are no different than government cheese. Descendants of welfare leeches. Nothing more.

I swear they play it more than that when they're losing.

Barry Switzer actually gave the band a game ball once because they played "Boomer Sooner" a few hundred times when OU had a come from behind win against Oklahoma State.

Not only that, welfare CHEATS.

They went into the Unassigned Lands early and did shite like hide in creeks near prime lands until the official time you could first enter the territory hit and then they'd pop out and lay claim hours before the people who followed the rules and stayed out until it was time could ever even reach the land. And that was the people who couldn't enter legally. The corrupt sons of bitches who could enter legally (lawmen, surveyors, etc.) would use their office to stake out positions of their own as well before the law-abiding people could.

That's why they call them Sooners.

Maybe they'll capsize their Sooner Schooner again. Also, Mike says horse is delicious.
