Obviously this is if we drop another game, with the way the season is going a 10-2 LSU would likely be top 6.

If we drop another, I'd really like this board to pull for Boise to somehow get slotted 8 while we slot 9.

LSU on the blue would be fantastic as a 1st round game. Also, many of you would love Boise if you have not been. It's a great town with great people.

Boise would need to seriously dismantle their remaining opposition for this to happen, but they have an actual serious running game and a very strong QB throwing to WRs who would all likely get playing time around the country.

Would also be cool to see a Benefield return.

Downvote away gents

If we drop another game, I don’t see us having enough quality wins to overtake other 9-3 SEC teams. We’ll be first out

I would agree in a regular year. However, I am not sure there will be any undefeateds this year - Miami still has to play ND and Duke, and we could be looking at a select few one loss teams.

LSU's only way in at 9-3 is wins against Bama and Texas and loss at Tenn.

3 road losses, but if Ole Miss drops another game and so does Tennessee, you have a good case of being the 3rd or 4th best team in the SEC which could get you in.

Tiebreaker over Bama and Texas, although Texas beat Ohio State, and better resume than Ole Miss. Kentucky winning the SEC would help too.

This is so random and highly highly implausible… as if anyone can predict exactly what the 8/9 matchup will be but cheer for Boise so it will be the 8/9 matchup

If we win out and can't crack the top 8? I'm pulling for a meteor on the voting committee

We can potentially get in at 9-3, but there's no way we are the 9 seed with 3 losses. 11 or 12 at best.

Boise in December is awesome.

Typically not much snow. Usually a crisp cold. All sorts of activities. Bogus is wide open for winter sports. Walkable, safe downtown with plenty to do.

Inversion can occur but it’s not the norm.

Not to mention Boise would be ALIVE if they hosted a playoff game.

Our only chance of getting in as a 9-3 team is by beating Alabama and Texas, loosing to Tennessee and getting some help. If we drop to either Bama or Texas, we are out.

if we go 9-3 we would have to beat 3-4 of Alabama, UGA, Tennessee and Arkansas.

I dont love our chances but it’s also a wild year in the SEC. there are going to be a lot of good teams with 3 loses.
