If the Shea Patterson rumors are true....

and Coach O signs Patterson then both Brennan and Narcisse should and I think will transfer. I think that would be such an insult and a vote of non-confidence by the head coach in both of these ELITE QBs that they should not only consider a transfer but should leave that very day if it happened. It's not like Patterson is some 5th year senior with a butt load of proven experience. Hell he has only played in about 10 games in 2 years. Patterson is a selfish "one and done" QB. He could care less about LSU!! He had his chance to be a Tiger and he chose not to.. He and his family will come to BR to rape and pillage this program. Mark my words!!

I'll go the opposite direction. If Coach O has the opportunity to sign Patterson and he doesn't out of some kind of loyalty to Brennan and Narcisse then he isn't doing everything in his power to make LSU a national power.

What rumors? The only rumor I heard (read) was that he was considering transferring to Michigan.

He's an NFL caliber qb. I'd take him. At least one of our qbs should stick around to start 2- 3 years. It's not like they're too good to keep off the field.
A lot depends on the oc. If we're bringing in a new oc then definitely take shea because the other 2 might not grasp the offense as quickly . If Canada stays I'd let him decide. Too many qbs would be a good problem to have for a change.

Pretty sure Ole Miss would never grant him a release to a sec school.
