WoW! Someone just got exposed for having no clue. First, lets talk academics
1) Hiring employees from out of state to work at the states flagship U, and then not ensuring that they actually move to the state
2) Overpaying an employee to the tune of 400k
3) Controversial change in admissions policy
Now, getting to sports
1) Ordered the suspension of a coach based on rumors, and media heat (same ole crap from the Duke days), that no other program in all of college BB followed suit on
2) An embarrassing search for a FB coach that landed us one with a horrendous record, that was to take us back to elite level. And still hasn't won anything going into Year 4
3) Absolute destruction of the fans game day experience
4) Pricing longtime FB ticket holders out
So if you had a clue, you would have realized that WW was just a single straw, and that there was already too much weight on our camels back, that the one straw severed the spinal column. And everything has come crashing to the ground

Perception is not reality. And I don't particularly care what fly-by national pundits think. Regardless of what was the catalyst to put the wheels in motion, LSU, as a university AND athletic department, is better off with those two out.
If the net effect is that LSU is better off with the changes even though some jerk off reporter/columnist in Connecticut with minimal knowledge of the situation thinks LSU's basketball coach won a power struggle, I'm fine with that.

Why should anyone care what gossiping public thinks? Another story will break not long after and no one will think of it again.
FKing has devalued the LSU degree. We need a president that focuses on academics and supports athletics instead of a nervous Nellie worried about gossip and becoming a diploma mill.
