O'Sullivan is about to go to an elimination game with fau at home as the number 1 overall seed. They make win game two but as the best team in the country all year Florida seems to be falling apart. No saying he's not a great coach also but to get rid of cpm for him seems a stretch.

Well CPM is responsible for all the fatigue on the pitching staff. How do we continue to not have our best pitchers available for the tournament?
Who is responsible?

As a matter of fact how does LSU not have a deeper pitching staff? ALMOST EVERY TEAM WE PLAY has a couple of solid pitchers. Why can't a program like LSU recruit pitchers who can pitch? We need more than 1 or 2. It is ridiculous.

So we played almost every team we played with solid pitchers and LSU won 70% of our games, finished 2nd in the SEC tournament, finished 17th in the college baseball playoffs or 32nd if your negative.

This is a sport if you hit 33% of the time you are in the hall of fame.

You are correct in little league, travel ball, high school ball, college ball, minor league ball and the big leagues pitching is every thing, can you be our pitching coach next year?

It’s sooooo easy to win in the postseason, you know. I mean anyone can do it.

I wonder if Ole Miss will fire Bianco since he didn't win his regional at home??

Agree, he just didn’t have the talent this year. Ole Miss was loaded and got sweep today on their home field by Tennessee Tech. Many tiger fans think Bianco is a better coach ????

I think that Manieri should not be put on the hot seat because of one down year. Our team lacked depth and experience this year and Manieri got us to a regional. Another coach doesn’t get that to happen. Kevin O’Sullivan is getting beat by FAU on his home field right now. Manieri would never allow that to happen if he had a team as good as Florida’s.

My issue has always been hitting with CPM. Quit using former players to be your hitting coach, Sanchez, Gibbs and ochinko. Hire a proven commodity like you did with Alan Dunn. That’s all I am saying.

How did having Gibbs as hitting coach work out in 2017?
