Why would he ever want to leave Ole Miss now that the transfer portal has turned the tables for them. If there is one school it seems to have benefited the very most thus far, it’s Ole Miss. We don’t seem to be willing to do what they will or somehow don’t have the money to. Is this a one year money dump they are doing or can they do this regularly? If it’s the latter, seems like we are screwed.

Yeah understands the SEC so much that he hasn't even won the division. Kelly haters talk about him losing big games what big game has Lane ever won. LSU beating Bama last year is bigger than any win Lane has had in his career.
Dude came here last year with a undefeated team against a LSU team trying to find it's footing got up 17-0 and got man handled in the second half. This year had a struggling Bama team at the time and lost again. Your fooling yourself if you think Lane will ever win a SEC or national title.

All Kelly has done in two years is won the West and produced a Heisman. Lane has been at Ole Miss for 4 years and won a Peach Bowl. I’ll take Kelly every time.

How is this any different than digging in your heels and focusing on the portal, and sucking at high school recruiting?
I think it’s about balance and LSU has been very active in the portal until this year, so saying Kelly refuses to use the portal is false.
