My source aligns with this as well. Said he's 100% on the spectrum, no eye contact, weird, but very intelligent. Only other coach he's mentioned (past 10 years) as having a brain was Arranda.

Not saying that LK will be a massive success(I think he will), but most good/great coaches are weird. It takes a strange person to dedicate their entire persona and focus to football over their family and own self. I think most people around Saban would tell you he has sociopathic personality traits. Same goes for most hard core people who want to be elite at something.
