You should reflect on some of your outrageous criticisms throughout this offseason. All of a sudden you do not want to talk in extremes. That certainly is a start I guess

I don't know about you but reasonable people change their opinions as new information is available. Why do you have a problem with a shift in rhetoric?

He’s been one of the more delusional ones for sure. And honestly I’m not even looking for people to eat crow. You can not like O but at least he fair with your criticisms. You’ll be a better person & a better fan.

That’s exactly how it works. Goldrush’s narrative now is that it’s Aranda’s coaching that is propping up Orgeron and the program.

Oh, so today are we acting like Aranda's not the most important coach on this staff by far?

What do you mean "my narrative?" Everyone in the entire fanbase knows that's the truth.

The team is successful at the moment. You give credit to Aranda. Constant backhanded comments about Orgeron and insinuating that it’s not O’s coaching that’s getting the job done. No full credit to O whatsoever. You dance around it as much as humanly possible.

Yet, before this run when things weren’t exactly going the way you’d like to see it, O is in charge of the program. This is all O’s program and he’s responsible for everything that goes along with it....

Except when it’s successful?

Seems to be your stance.

Idk, it's one game. It took a couple of seasons for Les to win me over. Mainly dismantling ND in the Suger Bowl. I knew Skip made the rt hire.

That’s where the rift comes in here. There are people that saw this information that is “new” to you months ago. Because you blindly hated on every bit of positive news that came out this offseason & last season. Do better.

Not won over but not terrified of program destruction being imminent...for now

The game results are the new information.

Did you see these game results ahead of time? Certainly didn't have the cojones to make a prediction.

Great post but I wouldn't expect any of them to do better. The minute the team stumbles they'll all be back worse than ever.

Hold on, being sceptical of Ed elevating Les' TE coach isn't fricking far fetched.

It's still a ?. I saw a lot of the same shite that got railed under the Miles' era.

No, in professional circles, you judge people by results. That's how it works, "guy".

I have, and I stand by them. Sorry (not sorry) your fragile feelings can't handle that.

I'm assessing my judgments based on results. It's what adults do. Would you do the same? Somehow, your pharisaic attitude makes me think that you would not.

From my point of view, I was skeptical because there was new information at the same positions the previous year. I think when Orgeron signed Burrow was when I decided I wanted to be open to seeing what happened this season before making any judgements. Great start and I hope they can keep it up when other team's start to scout the film and adjust to what we're doing.

Why do you be more specific instead of speaking in generalities?

What specific criticism of mine did you find particularly egregious that has been thoroughly and completely disproven?

There’s nothing wrong with building a team and offensive scheme around a strong D. We all know how good they are. So take care of the football, and don’t force things. You can have the balanced attack. You can also punt and make them go damn near a full field on our D.

Isn't that the strategy everyone bitched about with Miles for years?

Judging by your post on the last page, you surely aren’t standing by them. But you don’t really have a choice to lol

Results are not always the best predictor in sports as you are learning the hard way
