One of the WR definitely closer to the line than the other.

It's the right call we have 5 in the backfield. Dupre needs to be on the line

Perhaps if we send this information to the NCAA they will credit us with a win in the game.

15 even motions him to move forward. I wondered if the ref would have thrown the flag if he didn't motion 83 forward.

QB, FB, TB, WR, WR

Illegal formation. Either of the WR needed to be on the line. Obviously it should have been Dural, and obviously he was not. Good call.

Dupre is the slot which is usually always in the backfield. The problem is either Dural or the TE (or both) imo.

Dural looks pretty close to being even with the RT's rear which should put him on the line.

It was

Dural was the guilty party there.

Not how it works for the WRs. They are given leeway if they ask the line judge.

HE SHOULD HAVE MOTIONED TO THE LINE JUDGE.

Pretty elementary for the WR to check with the line judge to make sure they are on the line. Should be an automatic thing.

The receiver "on the line" is actually behind the line nearly 100% of the time, but usually not that far off.

Yep, it's basically your duty as a split end. As soon as you set up, you check. If you are too far, he'll let you know.

I'm not sure why this is even a penalty. What's the big advantage for a team to have more players further away from the line of scrimmage?
