Yes. People are going to lose all their shite playing these prediction games like it’s actual investing. It’s sad but everyone has a vice. Mine just doesn’t happen to be gambling.

Gambling is addictive.

We tax the crap out of cigarettes.

How much of Draft kings handle goes to government?

The government is addicted to monies from cigarettes.
Government wants gambling so they can keep taxing.

Let the bookies and mob run numbers and picks.

Yes. Nearly every add that pops up before a video is for a straight up betting website or a prediction market app. Every sports show is sponsored by some betting website or app. Every podcast has an official betting partner.

It’s too much.

You play to win the game. I would say a TD is better than sliding at the one and kneeling. Going up 3 scores is not a dumb idea.

Whats the difference if they were down and decided to kneel instead of score? Everyone would lose their minds but you would have idiots saying they were protecting their players or they didnt have enough time to win etc.

All these players have incentives built in their contract. Scoring is one of them. So what possesses a player to not take the incentive? Money. Someone paid him to slide instead of score.

Define "many".
Probably 10+ times. Not strictly NFL though. I’ve never seen a QB kneel go wrong and the team lose.

The Sportsbooks, NFL, TV Networks, and Govt are partners working together as one.

One of the reasons the sportsbooks are so good is that they benefit from the wisdom of the crowd from bettors, plus they obviously take a share (the vig, juice, whatever you wanna call it). There is no grand conspiracy.

It's self-evident if you are paying attention. No conspiracy needed.

There’s A LOT of people I overhear talking about sports betting that should not be betting.

It’s very clear who all these gambling sites/apps target: the same people that buy scratch off tickets.
