How many championships did Charlie Mac win? I’ll wait. Many of the other coaches you mentioned fall in the same category.

I put O over Miles simply because Miles squandered so many chances at championships and was simply too stubborn to admit he needed to change the offense. Also, O had his faults but I don’t recall him trying to sleep with students working at LSU like Miles. Keep hating O for giving you the greatest season in LSU history though.

I like BK but he hasn’t won shite yet. The jury is still out.

That was NOT the criteria of being a great coach.
Jimbo Fisher is NOT a great coach if you using only backing your way into a championship.

Arnsbarger was hands down one of the greatest if not the greatest defensive coach in LSU history and he didn’t win a championship.

Charlie Mac had arguably one of the greatest teams in our history - go see 1969. That defense was the best I’ve ever seen and on par with 2011.
There was no “playoff then and LSU refused to take the sugar bowl for hopes at the National Championship. That team went 9-1.

O didn’t coach against the best teams in the best division in the best conference year in and year out. Miles BY FAR had the toughest coaching job in my lifetime. Urban, Saban, Spurrier are a few Miles had to beat plus there was Freeze, Richt, Gus and others. Look at the fact that UF won TWICE and there was Bama and years like Auburn 2010 that he dealt with EVERY YEAR. O had a weaker conference with only 2 decent teams in UF and Bama that were great wins. The OOC schedule is the difference but it wasn’t like coaching against 3-4 top 10 teams in your division alone then UF.

Sleeping or trying to sleep with students has zero to do with coaching but since your dumbass brought it up I never heard of Miles bringing his whores and their kids to LSU practices.

These are the weakest arguments ever. O didn’t play a tough schedule in 2019? Get the frick out of here. He destroyed two recent champions in Alabama and Clemson and the SEC is never a weak conference. You are fricking delusional.

This site rated 2019 LSU as the 6th toughest schedule in the country dumbass. LINK

Les Miles was also a certifiable dumbass like yourself. He had how many wins vacated? That’s right, 37. He got his head handed to him by Saban on the regular and always lost to some team he had way more talent than every year.

You equating a divorced Ed Orgeron bringing a girlfriend to practice with a married Les Miles trying to frick 18-20 year old students is ridiculous. It’s exactly what I expect from the O haters though.

some of the more interesting times here was the downfall of O and Miles. Good times!

Brian Kelly is the best of the 3 by far (O and Miles) and I’m not sure he’ll win a Natty, although he will come close because of the talent LSU gets.

Glad to see that winning isn’t necessary to be “a great” coach. What a loser mindset.

One out of 3.5 years.
You want to have a reality check, go look at the champions from 2005-2015 and LSUs schedule during that time. There were seasons with 9 Top 20 teams with multiple top 10. LINK
With seasons with multiple top 15 teams in a row.

He had how many wins vacated? That’s right, 37.
who won the games on the field? Why were those games vacated? To get back at him because of the law suit and not the OLOL BS. Will Wade and all of that was wrapped together.

as did everyone else, including your boy O. Saban beat his arse all but once. At least Miles beat Saban 3/9 10 year stretch. O? Go back to Mississippi… but at LSU 1/5. But keep on…

Miles won a title and played for a second and never had a losing season…. So using your argument…
Miles >O.
Arbsbarger won the SEC for the first time since the fricking 60’s. But but but.

You can’t compare when votes determined titles because clearly in 1969, LSU plays in a playoff if there was one.

Considering the expanded playoffs, Miles would have damn near planted in one every freaking year. 6 of 11 seasons.

Coach Mac could coach circles around Orgeron. Arnsbarger was the DC for the fricking 72 Dolphins moron. BK is hands down a better coach.

A losing career record 2/5 losing seasons at LSU. How the frick do you come up with this bull shite? Seriously?

If you are arguing that Les Miles was a great coach, I’ve already won. Miles lost 5 straight to Alabama after the 2012 abortion when he squandered the talent of a loaded team. The team completely quit on him his last season…but yeah, he was great.

What did they name after Arnsparger because according to you he was Defense Jesus and likely the love child of John Heisman and Vince Lombardi. Surely LSU has named a field or building or possibly a church after such an all time great. Also, didn’t Arnsparger only win the SEC because Florida really won but wasn’t allowed to play in the bowl for recruiting violations? So he didn’t even win that.

You are a fricking clown.

Did we ever get an explanation of "Rosy Finch Boyz?" That one still perplexes me.

Ed O didn't hire Pelini, Woodward did.

Why'd he leave the program in such shambles?

Getting fired mid season and late hiring of BK had a lot to do with this. Even so, we still beat A&M with a reduced roster.

Just curious, where was lazy Ed in the hiring process of his DC? He just outsourced it to Scott?

At one point didn't Ed affirm Pelini with his immature quip: 'defense looks better than it did anytime in '19? Then had to crawfish when his defense imploded?

Ed was a lazy, low-character, immature individual. That's his legacy.
