I’m pretty sure we all know who this is, and that kid has played so bad this year I doubt he gets drafted. Mediocre player that will cause locker room division???

i'm not going to name any names here. i think people on here are smart enough to figure out who has been a bust this year in the secondary and he would even be a bust as a linebacker as well.

Regardless of political leaning, regardless of your opinion on the president, on Ed, on BLM, on police brutality.

Regardless of just about anything...did Ed Orgeron and his team appear to be in sync over the summer? The answer is a resounding NO. It’s not debatable.

So it's his fault they didn't tell him about the protest until it happened?

Can someone post a pic of Sabin high step marching with his team? Sort of like goose-stepping.

It’s his fault if there is a disconnect between him and his team. It’s not like they were trying to hide it, it was a protest.

This is the benefit and drawback of former players ascending to celebrity/mediate status. Some bleed P&G and will live and die with their loyalty. Others "love" us when we're good and kick us when we're down or become hypercritical. Guess where Clark fits on that spectrum?

Well I agree with you, at some point, somebody needs to keep Clark away the same way OBJ is being told to stay away. Eventually, ESPN will have to cut more and more and the point he no longer as a national platform will sort of neutralize him. I agree he is poison.

That is why I don't watch his or any other ESPN shows. Rohan is a guy that I think the world of, he loves LSU, he is honest about things that need changing and has talked about over and over again O did loose his locker room (and I believe him). Clark on the other hand appears to me to want to tear down LSU football if everyone doesn't match is political beliefs.

Rohan loves LSU and the opportunity it gave him. Clark, I am not so sure.

The other day, I watched Phil Mickelson and Charles Barkley play Peyton Manning and Steph Curry a match to raise money for HBC's. Does anyone think that those 4 guys agree on 100% on every political issue? Not No but Hell bleeping No, but you know what, they got together to raise money to help fund scholarships to provide money for education and in the case of Curry, help raise money to start a golf program and Howard University.

None of those 4 guys got into what do you think about this policy or this politician, they just got together, played some golf and did something positive to help young black student athletes. Earlier this yeare Phi, Tiger, Peyton and Brady raised money for COVID-19 relief.

In fact, in the last 10 years, I watch more golf than any other sport save LSU football precisely because those guys put their money where there mouth is and raise more money for charity than all the other sports.

If I’m head coach at LSU, I’m not going on Fox News. Or any partisan network. There is nothing to gain

O gained what he wanted all offseason, fame and national recognition. Hope he realizes his 2019 victory lap is over.

There is nothing partisan about espn

Ok, man

You know what I mean. It’s a sports network and wouldn’t upset any players or recruits if he went on ESPN, as coaches regularly do

I have no idea what would upset these players. They lack all basic logic. No telling what would or wouldn’t set them off

He was making comparisons on what Bama did better then us in the off-season. He said twice during the first hour that LSU didn’t handle the protest well and Bama did. Seems like that was the downfall with coach O and the players before the season started.

Then frick every single one of them. I couldn't care less now if that is true.

And it's "than", not "then" in your title.

Well I hate to do this but with YOU coming in with this type of info, IMO you need to name the player.... Not saying its right but you are putting something out there that is REALLY serious as far as the football team as A whole...... Or else you are lying........

That may be true but it still wasn’t smart of O. When you are in the business of recruiting 16-18 year olds African Americans, you should probably just avoid politics best you can.

This goes for anything. Keep how you feel about politics out of all business discussions with anyone. It can only alienate you from potential good investments regardless if you are left or right.

Maybe it’s a combo of having so much success last year they feel like they’ve accomplished enough too.

Years ago Saban said the toughest thing to do is motivate a team that won the title the year before. I do believe most become complacent and don't put in the same work necessary to be great...and I believe the coaches probably do the same.

You mean they didn't mention that Trump passed an EO allocating more funding for HBCs than any other president? Or that he worked with Ice Cube to put together the "Platinum Plan" to set aside 500 billion dollars for black start-up businesses?

I'm shocked.

the nick saban lead march was a total farce. it was a PR move only meant to appease the masses and make him look good.

His March also happened 5 days after they were taking place everywhere else and after Orgeron was catching flack for not being at the LSU player’s march.

Saban is opportunistic. He’s also got enough self awareness not to answer a Fox News pundit who asks him “what do you think of the job the President has done?” by saying “think he’s doing a great job”.

Orgeron was an idiot for not deflecting the question by saying “I’ll leave political commentary to you all who do this for a living” and in one stupid comment made himself a Twitter target.
