I'm kind of shocked at how many people in this thread are seemingly unphased about viewing naked kids in any fashion.

My kids? Yes, it happens all the time. But a) I don't video tape it, and b) I'm talking about other kids. It's fine what your kids do in your house, but I don't need to see it. And for God's sake, don't record it. Asking for trouble. I've seen a few people on facebook who like to record their little one running around naked after a bath, "so funny this little guy", but have no idea how open their facebook page is and how many people can see it.

Good point. You're right. There's no difference between me seeing my kids do silly naked things in the house and me saving a video of someone else's kid doing silly naked things on my phone.

I ain't defending that dude or saying those videos are okay. I would never video a nekkid kid.
But as a parent, I know my kids do some really funny and/or dumb shite. And sometimes they're nekkid.

My youngest child is potty training right now. A few weeks ago my wife texted me a picture of my child sitting on the toilet because my little girl was excited about using the "big potty". Now, in the picture you can't see any genitalia whatsoever. But, because the picture was taken right before my child got in the tub for a bath she is naked. Arguably, am I now in possession of child "pornography" if I didn't immediately delete the photo?
I'm not pre-judging Davis here or advocating in favor of child pornography, buy you don't find it a bit scary that someone can text you something illegal out of the clear blue sky leading to you being charged with a serious crime?
It's one thing to be actively trading child pornography images. But it's quite another to unilaterally receive something you never asked for, nor wanted.

Ok. Yes. But you understand the main factor in this is the recording and sharing of said shenannigans?
Every time I give my toddler a bath, once I get him undressed, he likes to do a lap around the house naked, and he wants me to chase him. Every time. I get it. But for anyone to say it's normal to get media potraying other peoples kids doing this stuff.....I don't get it.
