It got me thinking more. I have a young boy. Last year, while I was drinking coffee, he walked put back early one morning after waking up, dropped his pj's, and started peeing in the bushes. I snapped some quick pics and sent them to my mom and sister, and we all got a good laugh about a 3 yr old doing that. But of that pic is still on my moms phone, she has child porn and is open to possibly being charged?
Where is the line drawn? If I caught him trying to stick his dick in a fan, I might snap a quick pic to show his mom before I "correct " his thought pattern.
Again, it's a teenager age young man who's not really expected to have the mature thought process that we as adults know is criminal or bad.

This doesn’t just happen twice accidentally & it doesn’t sound like innocent family stuff like johnny peeing in the bushes or doing something silly in the bathtub

My 2 cents...if I took a pic of my 4 year old peeing in the bush and texted it to my wife for a laugh...no biggie.
If I send that pic to my buds.....there's a problem. that pic could end up anywhere on the net.
There's context that needs to be considered. He had the pics for months and didnt see a problem with keeping them. Red flag.

Yeah seems to me that they are trying to pile on charges. I don’t condone obvis child porn, but the fan things seems like some kind of video that people may of thought was funny or some shite. I dnk. I originally thought it’d be some 17 year old thot sending him nudes.
