And I’m pretty sure that’s all RC meant and the rant is losing their shite over nothing.

Because it’s dumb as shite

The guy that’s slower, less explosive, smaller, with less production, had more god given talent?

“Im not saying he is better, but Mac Jones has more talent than Patrick Mahomes”

RC just did zero research and assumed Pickens had better measurables. For some reason, people have always just “thought” Jefferson didn’t have good combine results

Much more though? Why is he making this statement?

Because he is lazy and thought Pickens had better measurables than JJ

Before the combine, people just lazily assumed JJ “was a route runner/possession receiver”

Once the numbers were proven they were dumb as shite, they never cared to actually learn the facts.

RC is lazy

Pickens might have more god gifted talent. He’s a freak. Justin is an historically good route runner and an infinitely better football player. Jerry Rice wasn’t a freak, but he’s the GOAT.

Almost verbatim what I was going to post.

Then you need to educate yourself on who is faster and more explosive between Pickens and Jefferson….

This data isnt hard to find. There is zero excuse to think Pickens is more of an athletic freak than Jefferson

Ryan Clark is the type of guy who will race bait everyone in a store and then instigate a fight. When it's over he'll use the race card and say he got called the N word and it was a crime purely inspired by hate with him being the victim.

To make it even easier on everyone. Jefferson is also more of a god given talented freak than Pickens.

There's a big difference between natural gifts, and skill. It's rare to see someone great with both, because his gifts will compensate for lack of skill throughout most of his development.

Look at Burrow. He's barely average physically (same thing with Brees, who probably was below average). Extremely skilled.
Compared to, say, Jamarcus, or Cam, or now Anthony Richardson. Extremely gifted physically, varying levels of skill (none of which were elite).

Justin Jefferson is very skilled. You could see that his entire career at LSU, he had a very high level of polish in his techniques. That may have been from backyard ball, playing with his brothers- those guys weren't great, but they were older and more physically developed. So he likely was pushing his skill development to compete against guys at a higher level.
When I saw he ran 4.4 in the combine, it was a shocker. That's above average. I figured then that he may explode at the NFL level, because there really isn't a hole in his game.

No I don't. This is a message board with no journalistic integrity. If I spent my time looking up facts it wouldn't be fun.

Besides, the person I agreed with said Pickens "may be" more naturally gifted but Jefferson is definitely the better player. You mention speed and explosion. That can be worked on. The 2+" Pickens has over Jefferson is God-given. Guess you've now been educated.

Does the top of your head being higher matter? Jefferson’s wingspan is still greater than Pickens….Even his god given height doesn’t help him vs JJ because he has T. rex arms and a smaller catch radius

Clark caught up trying to represent his team instead of saying Pickens may be very good but he isn't on JJettas level just yet.

I guess that remains to be seen. Still I would rather be much more successful than much more talented. Clark embarrasses himself again.

I mean if he means more physically gifted, then sure. But to say more talented is pretty stupid.

Clark is more loyal his former NFL team than his college. Very rare for a retired player.

What's his job? To get viewership and clicks! Ratings!

Saying wild things gets the job done and you all fall right into it. Maybe don't react to stupidity and it might not purposefully happen.
