Guys drafted from our Secondary from 2017 til recently: Jamaal Adams Tre' White Donte Jackson Greedy Williams Grant Delpit Kristian Fulton Jacoby Stevens Kary Vincent Derrick Stingley Cordale Flott Jay Ward ..didn't include JBC because he transferred in after Raymond left.

Technically Eli Ricks was coached by him for two years.

We do not want him as a coach. His skillset is as a recruiter.

I think it's arguable that he is top 2 or 3 position coach recruiters all time at LSU. However, it was obvious he got complacent and lazy his last couple years here and was a main contributor of the cultural problem in the locker room. BK needed to get rid of him IMO and Billy seems to feel the same way.

That doesn't mean letting Raymond go was a mistake. If a new hire doesn't work out that doesn't mean firing the previous guy was a mistake. That's a fallacy regarding coaching changes I see far too often.

Steeples is a nice guy but his lack of skins on the wall is being used against us in recruiting. Andre Evans confirmed as much when he said he’d rather go sit on the bench and be developed at UGa than go to LSU

I think y’all are honestly putting a lot of blame on a position coach when the head coach was an absolute shite show. Corey Raymond didn’t dictate the locker room lmao. That was all Coach O

Two things can be true. Raymond was a solid coach from 2012-2019 but his recruiting errors from 20-21 has LSU in a major hole and having to rely on the portal.
