Ricks and McGlothern were guys in the 2020 class.

Saban got in Ricks' ear and BK ran McGlothern off, and then brings in Denver Harris.

How are you going to discount 9 years of success and blast the dude for two bad years of Coach O’s tenure lol

Everyone during 2020-2021 sucked

We can. He got old and complacent here. It would likely happen again being right back at his alma mater.

Everyone needs to MOVE ON.

So Florida fires their DB and co-DC/DL coach. Florida, Texas A&M, and Mississippi State are all looking for multiple defensive coaches. You'd think this would expedite things at LSU. I'm not sure what we're waiting for.

How do you know Kelly doesn’t have feelers out already? Just because he is methodical about doing things, doesn’t mean nothing is happening. It may have already happened…

Technically Eli Ricks was coached by him for two years. McGlothern was a good get as well.

How can you be coached when you basically opt and and quit on your coach and team?

Ricks and McGlothern were definitely the poster boys for a well-disciplined group of CBs to close out Raymond’s stint here.

To be fair, they had to play LSU

Yes, that 14.3 yards per attempt they gave up against LSU is the difference in the two teams. They are both 7.8 excluding what they gave up against LSU. That was still the worst any team did against LSU’s passing attack and the lack of interceptions is highly problematic.

I’m sure Raymond isn’t feeling like I felt when I got a pink slip when I was 19 and had a car, apartment and bills to pay when I could barely rub two nickels together as it was!

Our D backs were better when he was here, now they don’t have a clue what to do. Might be worth getting him back and he can recruit

Imagine running McGlothern off, then taking Denver Harris because you are desperate for corners.

Ran off minor trouble for major, major trouble

Think again dumbass. He made 725-755k a year at Florida.

He made 600k his last year at LSU. He hasn’t made in that range since 2015
